We rent single room in newly refurbished apartment to move into from March 1st. The room is for use by one person, but obviously s friends, couples or lovers are welcome. The room has a bunk bed, desk, chair, coat rack and also has shared a dressing room where you can leave the clothes consideres. As common areas we have a very nice living room with 3 sofa super comfortable and very well lit. There is also another common area, the gallery with window overlooking the patio, with excellent light conditions, perfect for afternoon reading or listening to good music. The apartment i equipped whit washing machine, clothe dryer, and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and some other gadget more. We have 20 meg ADSL connection and free local calls. The kitchen will finished setting up the next week and stay for new. We are 100 meters from Plaza España and right next to the newly opened shopping center Las Arenas. We also have all the metro and buses, as well as Generalitat railways . Better connected impossible.
